I
Ching Course Description
The I Ching is a philosophical system which dates back
to ancient Chinese civilization. It is often touted as the Greatest Chinese
Treasure. It is known as the Book of Changes and although the exact origin
is unknown, it is believed that Fu Hsi, China's first emperor, first found
the eight trigrams on the shell of a tortoise. A trigram is a stack of
three lines, each of which have specific attributes relative to the Earth,
Mankind and Heaven. From that he derived the sixty-four line figures that
the Chinese call "kua". The I Ching can be used for predictions
of coincidences but many modern advanced have patterns that are reflected
in the I Ching, including DNA codes and basic programming languages. I
